Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.
The Crabtain’s Tabol
Crisp, hoppy & refreshing. Collab with our first mates at Tabol Brewing.Brewed with American 2-row barley & flaked rice and fermented colder than Davy Jones locker for superior drinkability. Hopped with a treasure chest of citrusy Citra, El Dorado, Chinook, & HBC 630 hops for intensely fruity flavors.

Heavy Seas Brewing
Heady aromas of bourbon, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and clove linger over the thick white head of this brew. Its love at first sip as the full malt body, British crystal malt, brown sugar and pumpkin, slowly washes over your tongue. Bourbon barrel aging rounds out the flavors with notes of oak, vanilla, and bourbon. Pairs well with crisp autumn weather& crunchy fallen leaves.

Only One is a Wanderer
This hazy IPA is a collaboration beer brewed here at Sly Fox in May with the brewers from Verdant Brewing Co. in Penryn, England who are known in the UK for their juicy/hoppy/hazy Pales, IPAs, & DIPAs. They use a unique yeast strain for these beers, as we did for this collaboration, which was originally their own blend of 3 different ale yeasts that is now commercially available.

Infused with the flavors of a great pie, our Key Lime Pie Sour Ale is kettle-soured with lactobacillus from Greek yogurt. This sour base blends perfectly with the key-lime, graham cracker, and vanilla flavors added post-fermentation for a beer that is zesty, smooth, and refreshing!
