The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.

While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.

Beer Farm – Pistachio Ice Cream Ale

Manor Hill – Prized Pumpkin

Our pumpkin ale is a sure winner, pouring bright amber with an off-white head. Initial aromas bring a cornucopia of pumpkin pie spices… you know the ones… cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and clove. These spices are balanced with low bitterness, and slight malty sweetness. While a beer like this only comes once a year, you’ll wish it was year-round!

Tired Hands – Apple Cider Donut Double Milkshake

Apple Cider Donut Double Milkshake IPA is a blown out, hyper Autumnal riff on THE boundary-pushing Culinary IPA series, originally conceived with our psycho- spiritual cohorts at @Omnipollo. Brewed with soft ‘n’ fluffy oats and wheat, brown sugar and lactose sugar, and fermented with wholesome New York apple cider. Conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans and fresh ground cinnamon, and intensely dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra from our most recent selections. Notes of freshly baked strudel, cream soda, tropical custard, candy apple, and graham cracker crust.

This is the imperial version of our 0 IBU IPA IdontwanttoBU. Hopped exclusively with Citra and Mosaic. 0 bitterness. This one is just insane. Drinks like it’s 6 or 7%, but clocks in at 9.3%. Straight up hop juice.

Full throttle West Coast IPA. Collab with our buds from Heavy Seas Brewing. Classic American IPA brewed with a fistful of Simcoe, Centennial, & Nectaron hops for powerful flavors of zesty citrus peel, ripe stone fruit, & a pinch of aromatic herbs.
