Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.
Deschutes – Black Butte Porter
This is the beer that started it all. With notes of rich chocolate and coffee, a luscious creaminess and a roasted finish, Black Butte Porter doesn’t only have fans, it has followers. Tastings, pairings, gatherings, there’s nothing this classic can’t do.

Allagash – White
Our award-winning interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy “white” appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White upholds the Belgian tradition of beers that are both complex and refreshing. Allagash White won the Gold Medal in the Belgai-Style Witbier category at the 2026 World Beer Cup.

Schlafly – Tasmanian IPA
Schlafly Tasmanian IPA is an iconic, heavily hopped India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Australian Galaxy hops. It features an intensely tropical aroma and a balanced flavor profile packed with pineapple, citrus, and passion fruit notes.

Old Bust Head – Mango Graffiti House IPA
We’ve accentuated the tropical notes arising from the mosaic hops in our Graffiti House IPA by aging this taproom favorite on mango puree. A pronounced mango aroma and increased sweet tropical tone step up the exotic in this West Coast IPA!

Ellicottville – St. Jacob’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout
A rich chocolatey stout aged in French oak during primary fermentation. It is then transferred to beautiful freshly dumped bourbon barrels where it ages for at least a year. While aging, it picks up some vanilla and caramel characteristics melding wonderfully with the sweet chocolate goodness.
