Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.
Lone Pine – World’s Best Boss
This Imperial Milk Stout is thick, silky, and full of flavors of melted chocolate, light roast coffee, and caramel malt sweetness.
- 7.7% ABV
Nepenthe – God Emperor Bones
Lord Bones has ascended. God-Emperor Bones holds dominion over life and death. And belly rubs. We brewed this gigantic, mega-thick beast with double the creamy, hand-processed Madagascar vanilla beans and obliterated this beer with Citra, Galaxy, and Vic Secret – the largest dry-hop we’ve done to date. A bright tropical parfait aroma gives way to a thick, creamy mouthfeel with notes of cotton candy, pineapple upside down cake, mango dreamsicle, and papaya cream. God-Emperor Bones sits at long last upon the ancestral seat of his brethren. Bow before him.
- 8.5% ABV
- Baltimore, MD
Gypsy – Asgard Funeral
A Viking-inspired ale that brings together traditional Scandinavian ingredients such as rye, juniper, and anise with smoked, honey, and Munich malts. This results in a sweet, smoky brew fit for funeral pyres or camp fires.
- 5.5% ABV
- Huntingtown, MD
The Bruery – Partridge in a Pear Tree
Tradition and innovation, consider this a blend. We innovated by staying the course. This quadruple ale sings traditionally familiar notes of dark sugar, caramel, spice, and a Bruery twist with the addition of poached pear, for a well-balanced, fruit-forward, ale. Meant to be shared over special occasions with family and friends.
- 11% ABV
RAR – Pulp
A pale ale with layers of orange sherbet, lemon lime, and citrus hard candy. Nose follows with a huge orange punch.
- 2% ABV

Lone Pine – Raspberry Sparkler
Bright, tart, and packed with fruit and citrus, yet light enough to crush. Only fresh raspberries were used. It’s a continuing series of different fruited sours.
