Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.

Firestone Walker – Parabola
Introducing the latest edition of Parabola, one of the world’s most storied barrel-aged stouts. Parabola is always a beast of a beer, with intense flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla and roast coffee—yet each annual release also bears its own subtle imprint. For this latest edition, we aged the beer for a year in 12-year Elijah Craig and 11-year Henry McKenna barrels. These coveted bourbon vessels imparted signature notes of charred oak, nougat, espresso and cinnamon, taking the Parabola experience to new heights.

Fresh, American IPA at its finest. Pungent aromas of citrus and pine and a crisp bitterness with a clean malt backbone. Power Tools can help get the job done.

Your quintessential every day beer. Any Day’s Haze is a crushable, refreshing, easy drinking beer for ANY day of the week. Mega bright citrus pop with smooth undertones of melon and papaya. Whirlpooled with Idaho 7, Citra, and Strata. Double dry hopped with Citra, Strata, and Kelly Cascade. A beer just as perfect for a Monday as it is for a Friday afternoon. You need a splash of Any Day’s Haze in your life.
